During the summer months we had 133 unattended booked appointments with our doctors and nurses which amounted to 33 hours of time that could have been spent on patients who really needed our care. Please make sure that you attend your appointment or cancel it in advance so that the time can be offered to other patients. Missed appointments cost the Practice £12,000 a year.
