Since our telephones are very busy in the early morning, we ask you to telephone for test results (eg blood, urine, x-ray) after 2pm each day.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
All results are reviewed by a doctor, if your results are normal you will not hear back from the surgery, however if your results require further discussion or investigation the surgery will contact you to arrange another test or appointment with your doctor.
If you are at all concerned about your health or your results please do book a further appointment to discuss your concerns with a doctor.
