Dispensary opening hours are:
- for collection, from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12noon and from 4pm to 6pm
- dispensary phone on 01278 733 385 is available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 11.30am and from 4pm to 5pm
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment before your next medication can be issued.
Please note that we are unable to dispense to patients who live within one mile of a local pharmacy.
Please be aware due to delays with supply and delivery allow 3 working days (72 hours ) not weekends or bank holidays for your request to be processed
You can request your repeat prescription in the following ways:
Online
Register for Online Patient Services. You will need to talk to dispensary staff first for a registration form to order your repeat prescriptions online. Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later.

At the surgery
Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form and leave it at the dispensary, main reception or post it in the postbox outside the dispensary if it is closed or busy.
By post
Post your repeat request to the surgery, we have a drop box inside the front door.
